Yes you saw it right! 3D House Planner is absolutely free for all. You can import or export 3d models for personal or commercial purposes. We accept donations if you want to contribute.
More than a home sketcher
Apart from home design, you can import your own 3d object, change appearance, position of objects, make videos, take snapshots, etc. There are countless possibilities.

Features

Simple and fast Sketch 3D models
- The App currently supports importing three file formats:GLB, GLTF, OBJ and Babylon models. Import your models by drag and drop
- Build walls, floors, roofs, frames in a matter of few clicks
- Browse our catalog and select from thousands of objects to furnish and decorate the interior and exterior of your home with furnitures, decorative accessories, electric devices, and household appliances
- It allows designing up to 50 floors
Freedom in Customization Materials
- Add a realistic feel and textures to objects by using Physically Based Rendering (PBR) and Standard materials settings
- Texture Library with a wide range of high quality textures. Most textures contain albedo, normal, ambient occlusion, metalness and roughness maps
- Add materials to any 3D model
- Terrain modeling and painting
- Useful for other purposes (You can quickly change the look of objects)
- We have plans in the future to use Light Tracer Rendering which ensures physically correct light simulation. You can quickly create stunning photos and videos of your 3D models
Save your work in your device Scene
- Save the scene on your own device by exporting the 3D model. Continue the work by importing it again. We decided to set aside the cloud services used to save the work within the application. By doing this, server-related expenses can be minimized and the user can have full privacy
- Settings that enable switching between day and night and camera mode
- Snapshot and recording available. It is recommended that you use a computer with at least an Intel Core i5 processor and 8 GB of RAM. A 3D rendering with no delay, on the other hand, is dependent on the texture complexity and number of objects used
